Our teachers believe that performing music not only shows what students have learned, but also helps them build confidence. We offer performance opportunities for students in the form of recitals to show how they are progressing. These performances are at the end of the school year and sometimes, if there is enough interest, midway through the year. Contact your teacher if you are interested in learning more about our recital opportunities.

 

There are other ways that parents and students can see quantitatively how much students have learned. We offer theory and practical exams, which are adjudicated by unbiased national authorities. They will grade the exam and if warranted, students receive a certificate showing what level they have achieved mastery in.
